Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Softie AI has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, interactions, or activities that sexualize, exploit, harm, or endanger minors in any way.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly forbidden on Softie AI and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

• Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
• Attempting to solicit sexual conversations involving persons under 18 years of age
• Using Softie AI to produce, distribute, or access child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming or attempting to groom minors through the platform
• Misrepresenting the age of characters or users to circumvent safety measures

Our Safeguards

• All AI characters on Softie AI are explicitly portrayed as adults aged 18 or older
• Our content moderation systems monitor for potential CSAE violations
• We require age confirmation before accessing the platform
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE
• We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities
